Aluminate Phosphate Unfired Brick Introduction
Alumina phosphate unfire brick refers to bonded refractory bricks that consist of various multilevel-size-granule aggregates. Aluminum phosphate unfire brick exhibited better thermal shock resistance, but poor high temperature strength. However, the comprehensive performance of aluminate phosphate unfire bricks are far beyond that of sodium silicate bonded aluminum unfire bricks.
Aluminate phosphate unfired bricks have high shrinkage rate under high temperature. To solve this problem, our factory discover that certain amount of sillimanite powder in aggregate can effectively overcome the shrinkage.
